This time we have collected interesting combinations from cuisines from around the world, seasoned everything with fresh crispy herbs and added our vision. Here we experiment with the balance of salty, sweet and savory tastes, and try to look at products that seem simple at first glance from a gastronomic point of view.
Sorrel soup is infused with flavor by adding tarragon to the broth. Serve okra (also known as okra) with an Indonesian sauce. Toasted trout rieta is complemented by a Sicilian blood orange sauce with a hint of chipotle and the crunch of rice cereal.
And the mackerel dish is our allusion to the traditions of Russian cuisine. Marinated mackerel fillet is served on a bed of baked potatoes, surrounded by pistachio sauce and crispy watermelon radish.
